Motor City Candleworks began doing business in 2004. Originally, candles were created with unique fragrance names that honored local historical figures and places. Since then, Motor City Candleworks has expanded to create and produce air fresheners, incense and aromatic oils.
We are proud to make all our products in a historic building in the heart of Detroit. True to our local roots, we continue to name fragrances for places throughout our Great Lake State.
We are a small business and our wholesale accounts are small businesses, too. Because we understand the challenges that retailers face, we have very modest minimum order quantities, and we offer free shipping on all orders of $35 or more.
